So, was it worth it? Blogging for 31 days in a row? My answer is an unequivocal “YES!”
Over the past 31 days I have had to learn, listen, think, create, and write. This is good for me because it helps me grow – as a person, as a photographer, as a writer. Also, I “met” some wonderful, supportive people and hopefully started new relationships. And I have 28 new followers – that may sound low to some of you but I am delighted! Thank you all!
My last couple of posts mentioned some photography sites/newsletters that I find helpful. I thought I would list a few of my favorites:

And I took some pictures today too!
Hey – I used to get weekly emails from DPS 🙂 I like George.

George is very handsome! And thanks for the list of resources; I’m sure that will be handy for me. When I first joined the daily photo challenge that I play along with, a couple of the photogs there directed me to http://framednetwork.com/. I haven’t spent much time there, but it seems to be chock full of info.

I have been learning so much lately that I’m surprised my head hasn’t exploded! (I would not want to have to clean that up.)

Candy – it has been worth it, hasn’t it? I’ve really enjoyed getting to know so many people – it’s strange how we seem to get to know people so well that we’ve never actually met, and may never. Thanks for being such a good supporter of the things I’m trying to do … and you know, don’t you, that I’m going to be looking for great photographs and artwork to match our words of inspiration …..

Alan – I am very happy that we connected through the UBC. I’m excited about your new endeavor – and have plenty of photographs for you to chose from! Just knowing that supportive people like you and Cheri are out there will help me transition from my job to my life dream of working for myself and writing. Keep in touch!
